Our Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration, allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned precision valve.
Superior Engineering Springs, Bushings and Steering Damper
Progressive rate springs are the ultimate in spring design. The principle is simple. The spring rate increases when you need it (cornering, load carrying, etc.) and decreases when you don't. The science behind designing a progressive rate coil is knowing over what travel and how much the spring rate will increase. Rubber caster bushes are far superior to other poly caster bushes on the market. Caster bushings are needed when your truck lifts more than one inch. As your truck lifts you will need to increase your caster or your truck will start to wander on the road, this can cause an accident because the vehicle will not handle as it was designed so it is very important to fix the caster. Steering damper, twin tube design with 35mm piston and 16mm shaft that provides excellent performance and is designed to give a more comfortable and improved steering control. Cellular foam prevents cavitation of oil inside the damper when it heats up during use on rough roads, allowing the damper to work more consistently. The piston has a Teflon coating that allows it to slide more smoothly and last longer. Highly polished chrome shaft ensures long shaft life. High quality seals are designed to prevent oil leaks and perform well in dusty and dirty conditions.
